Add a sticker

Stickers from any hackerspace, hacker camp or project are welcome. Every sticker is a folder with one photo and one short text file, and you can add one from your browser in a couple of minutes, no tools needed.

1. No GitLab account, or no time?

   Email us a photo

   Send a photo of the sticker and anything you know about it to contact-project+hsbxl-sticker-wiki-87051455-issue-@incoming.gitlab.com. It lands in our queue and someone adds it. No account needed.

   Signed in to GitLab? You can also open a sticker request there.

2. Add it yourself

   1. Open the stickers folder and press Edit → Web IDE.
   2. Create a folder named after the sticker, in lowercase with dashes, for example hackaday.
   3. Drop a square-ish photo in it named photo.jpg. Crop tight around the sticker.
   4. Add an index.md next to it, like this:

   5. Commit to a new branch and open a merge request. The pipeline builds a preview and checks the fields.

3. The fields

   title

   What the sticker says or is known as.

   link

   Optional. The project, space or campaign behind it.

   tags

   Optional. Lowercase words with dashes. Reuse the existing tags where they fit.

   Below the second ---, write what the sticker is and any story behind it. Markdown works.
